Dear Mr. James Maughan,
Good morning.
I have here a copy of the first page of the ERES documents. I sought for reasons why despite
of my persistent demand since September 6, 2012 that the original ERES documents be returned
to me with your signature and signatures of Ms. Anna Hernandez and Mr. Wes Wilkinson, you
remained adamant of returning those original copies back to me. One of the probable reason is
the fact that there is the presence of a circle mark around the word "PHILIPPINES" that could
mean, I being from the Philippines should not be given the chance to take the operator certification
examination by all means possible, as proven by my sad experience with your office. The circle mark especially drawn around the word "PHILIPPINES" is even more reprehensible if seen on the original
copy that is being withheld by your office right now.
My plea remain please return my original ERES educational documents.
