SUBJECT :  TWO PERSONS CLAIMING TO BE YOUR MANAGER...VERY CONFUSING

Dear Ms. Zuccala,

It has been two (2) months after I sent to you the tenth (10th) e-mail covering the subject and 
one (1) month after I sent you a certified mail covering the same subject.

I patiently waited for your help and answer  to  question and request  I sought from you but you 
opted to willfully neglect your duty to reply several times, a  multiple violations  of the
Government Code Section 19572, subdivision (d) Inexcusable neglect of duty.

In addition, your act of concealing the truth of who between Ms. Christine Gordon and 
Mr. Wes Wilkinson is your legally mandated manager,  likewise is another violation of the 
Government Code 19572,  subdivision (f) Dishonesty.

You know your acts and omissions have subjected me to almost unbearable stress and 
disillusionment.  If not because of your deliberate  negligence and dishonesty  I should have 
taken the October 6, 2012 schedule of examinations  considering the enormous time available 
(from August 2, 2012 to October 6, 2012) to complete or correct requirements should there
be any which I need to comply with.

I am still hopeful that you would change your mind and move yourself out of what  
I  believed  is conspiracy engineered by Ms. Christine Gordon and Mr. Wes Wilkinson.

If and when  you  decide  to move  out  of  the  conspiracy and tell me who between 
Ms.  Christine  Gordon  and  Mr.  Wes  Wilkinson  is  your  legally acknowledged  manager , 
may  you please send me back  a  copy  the application  documents  I have submitted  to your 
office as I requested  on my letter  to you dated September 6, 2012  : the  application form 
and  the transcript of records covering the Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering  
college course as evaluated by ERES (Educational Records Evaluation Service) with annotations 
to show why it would not merit six(6) educational points requirement for GRADE 1 WWTP
OPERATOR EXAMINATION or least even half a point.

You know I am still out of employment and I do not have much money to spend and have 
precious time wasted and opportunity lost  but I would spare a bit more for this  priority  mail 
to give you a chance to respond and redeem yourself.

RE: TWO PERSONS CLAIMING TO BE YOUR MANAGER...VERY CONFUSING 

Dear Ms. Zuccala, 

Good morning. 

Last September 24, 2012, two persons in the names of certain Christine Gordon and 
certain Wes Wilkinson wrote me an e-mail. They both did write me an e-mail on this 
same day (September 24, 2012) both claiming to be your manager. I felt being fooled 
and confused. Both claimed to be your manager. However, no one of the two ever 
mentioned nor treated any one of them to be held responsible and accountable for
your acts and omissions (as levied against you in my e-mail letter complaint
titled : IGNORED E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS DEMONSTRATING, 
INEFFICIENCY, INCOMPETENCY AND UNEXPLAINED NEGLECT 
OF DUTY dated September 6, 2012). 

I received the e-mails sent to me from these two claimants. On Letter A shown is 
from Christine Gordon and letter B shown is from Wes Wilkinson for your perusal. 
Please take note that these e-mails are both sent to me on the same day, 
September 24, 2012. 

These acts of Christine Gordon and Wes Wilkinson made my grievance complaint 
very confusing and difficult to pursue as I do not know who the real manager to be 
held responsible and accountable for your (Ms. Zuccala's) acts and omissions. These 
acts of Christine Gordon and Wes Wilkinson, as I saw it, was a deed done in 
conspiracy, to sow confusion with an ill motive to evade culpability and accountability. 
I am confident to state that Christine Gordon and Wes Wilkinson conspired to sow 
confusion as it could be seen that from Letter A and from Letter B, both Gordon and 
Wilkinson knew of each other's allegations being your ( Ms. Debbie Zuccala's) manager.
Each one of them was copy furnished of each one's respective e-mails sent to me as 
shown below. Both of them knew the plot to confuse me of who to to be held responsible 
and accountable for your (Ms. Zuccala's) malperformance of your duties and 
responsibilities and obligations. Hence, conspiracy is well established and they 
(Gordon and Wilkinson) achieved their intentions and effectively confused me.

Please bear in mind that I am jobless and desperately looking for one. I am already 
very much aggrieved, and suffering wounded feelings headaches and sleepless nights. 
I lost direction and enthusiasm and appetite to eat. For your information I am writing 
this e-mail at 2:00 am as I could not sleep tight and almost stayed awake all night 
because of these grievances and controversies. I have been under these circumstances 
since September 6, 2012 the day I first wrote an e-mail to you which you inexcusably 
ignored to reply . It is October 1, 2012 now , it is almost a month now that I am under 
this predicament. Please have mercy. 

Now, I am asking this personally to you (Ms. Debbie Zuccala) and not to anyone else. 
Please do respond promptly, honestly and faithfully to this question : Who between 
Christine Gordon and Wes Wilkinson truthfully declared herself or himself as your 
legally acknowledged manager ? 

I will greatly appreciate your immediate response to this e-mail.
