May I most respectfully point out that you failed to affirmatively
confirm that you prepare that letter, meaning someone else may 
have prepared that letter and you simply signed that letter.

May I most humbly ask you, do you assume full accountability and
responsibility on matters mentioned and discussed in that letter as 
if you prepare it yourself though someone else prepared it for you ?

as my experience with your employees namely : Mr. James Maughan,
Mr. Wes Wilkinson, Ms. Christine Gordon, Mr. Andrew Cooper,

they are,  pardon me for  the word,   untrustworthy  people. They

May I most respectfully inform you that you have ignored the   TEN PERSUASIVE APPEALS  for you to respond, where I earnestly requested from you to send  back to me the "original" copy of my educational records covering the Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering as evaluated by ERES (Educational Records Evaluation Service), Sacramento, CA.  Please do remember that you sent me just exact copy of the original, meaning, the original is still with you.  And worse, you sent me just exact copy of the original without the signatures of the three of you, Mr. James Maughan, Mr. Wes Wilkinson and Ms. Anna Hernandez. And worst,  you even denied me the information as  where I could send e-mail communications to Mr. Tom Howard for me to respond to his letter.

Since, you opted to hide and intentionally ignore my requests, I did make my own research which I would ask you If I have these information on Mr. Tom Howard correct.
