Dear Ms. Arsov,

Good morning.

May I most humbly and respectfully inform you that according to my email dated 4 February 2022 coursed through Mr. Funston with subject :  IS WASTEWATER OPERATOR CERTIFICATION DIFFERENT FROM WILKINSON'S OFFICE OF OPERATOR CERTIFICATION? , 

PLEASE READ INFO 1, the State Water Board together with Ms. Sobeck, Mr. Funston and you all,  collectively, deemed admitted without objection and conformed to the established facts of the statement that the State Water Board, Ms. Sobeck, Mr. Funston and you, have committed and continue to be committing discrimination by deliberate, willful and intentional refusal to provide clarification whether Funston's Office Wastewater Operator Certification is different from Wilkinson's Office of Operator Certification resulting to effectively beclouding efforts to know where Mr. Wilkinson could be located and in order for him to answer inquiries about my hidden  original ERES educational documentation which Mr. Funston have confirmed to be existing in your files and other related matters, which are too lucid for you to answer, and yet up to this time you kept your reprehensible silence about it;  thereby, perpetrating continuing disrespect and scornful abuse tantamount to continuing hurling of injury and insult on me, your victim, whom suffered so much pain in account of your relentless collective discriminatory actions and omissions. 

Hence, aside from compensatory and other related damages in the amount of more than a million US dollars,  a 12TH COUNT  call for a sincere letter of apology be written and sent by Ms. Sobeck in my favor. PLEASE CONSIDER WRITING A SINCERE LETTER OF APOLOGY NOW NOT LATER TO MITIGATE THE GRAVITY OF YOUR COLLECTIVE WRONGDOINGS, MALFEASANCE, MISFEASANCE AND MISCONDUCTS.

I got the screenshot next from INFO 1, from your email on January 10, 2022,  showing you are the Staff Services Manager 1 of Wastewater Operator Certification and compare it with Mr. Wes Wilkinson being the Staff Services Manager 1 of the Office of Operator Certification and have your job indicator enlarged in INFO 3.

May I most respectfully seek your kind indulgence to write to me whether those two mentioned offices are different and distinct from each other.
