May I most humbly and respectfully inform you that according to my email dated 14 January 2022 coursed through Mr. Funston with subject : RETIREMENT DATE OF MR. TOM HOWARD/ NAME OF HIS REPLACEMENT ,
PLEASE READ INFO 1, the State Water Board together with Ms. Sobeck, Mr. Funston and you collectively, conformed and deemed admitted without objection to the established facts of the statement that the State Water Board, Ms. Sobeck, Mr. Funston and you failed to provide information about the date of retirement and name of his replacement, which information is vital to the speedy investigation towards resolution of my complaints. Hence, aside from compensatory and other related damages in the amount of more than a million US dollars, a FIFTH COUNT call for a sincere letter of apology be written and sent by Ms. Sobeck in my favor.
