Good morning.
A moot and academic case is one that ceases to present a justiciable controversy by virtue of supervening events, so that declaration thereon would be of no practical use or value.
I got the screenshot next from INFO 1, from your email on January 10, 2022, showing you wrote to me an email on January 10, 2022 responding to my email with subject "CONTINUING INSTITUTIONALIZING DISCRIMINATION and CONTINUING INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS DATED DECEMBER 30, 2021 where you wrote as your first sentence response :
"As Executive Director Sobeck indicated in her response (attached) there is a clear process for seeking a refund." Please see INFO 2. This shows a repetition of how to claim a refund written by Mr. Wes Wilkinson and signed by Mr. Howard dated February 18, 2014 sent to me. Besides, you all collectively have received emails from from me showing that I am already at the stage, a supervening event, where I am currently charging Mr. Wilkinson et al with allegations of theft of my $55 refund and misappropriation of $40 payment for examination which I have not applied for and an application I have not filled up yet. Hence, writing about a clear process for seeking a refund at this time, is a chicanery, a stratagem, mere a ploy with reprehensible malice intention to delay the proceedings to promote the continuing institutionalizing of discrimination and continuing infliction of emotional distress on me. Why? Because of myself being one born as a Filipino and educated in a school from the Philippines?
