ADMONISH WRITING FALSE INFORMATION MEANT TO MISLEAD BY FUNSTON
Dear Mr. Funston,
Good morning.
According to your letter dated June 29, 2021 page 1 paragraph 2 second to the last sentence: I quote.
" In response, and although not required to do so, the State Water Board returned to you the original version of the ERES educational documentation that you submitted to the State Water Board."
Meaning, the State Water Board returned to me the original version of the ERES educational documentation that I submitted to the State Water Board.
EXACT READING OF THE page 1 paragraph 2, next:
"In response to your Public Records Act request dated May 21, 2013, the State Water Board sent you a letter dated May 31, 2013, providing copies of your examination application, the educational documentation that you provided with your examination application from the Educational Records Evaluation Service (ERES), and responses from the Office of Operator Certification. You responded by requesting that the State Water Board return to you the original copy of your ERES educational documentation signed by State Water Board staff to prove it was examined. In response, and although not required to do so, the State Water Board returned to you the original version of the ERES educational documentation that you submitted to theState Water Board. State Water Board staff also explained that staff do not sign submitted documentation to prove that it was reviewed."

May I most respectfully request that the State Water Board impose corrective disciplinary measures against Mr. Funston and write to me through email appropriate genuine corrective measures done by the State Water Water Board within fifteen days.
