WHERE IS THE "ORIGINAL" EDUCATIONAL RECORDS EVALUATION SERVICE (ERES) CREDENTIALS I SUBMITTED TO YOUR OFFICE?
Dear Ms. Zuccala:
It had been eight (8) years, two (2) months and three (28) days since you wrote to me this letter of denial of my operator certification application on August 2, 2012. Your letter is shown next. Based on this letter document, may I most respectfully remind you that you are the one who most probably opened up my application and saw the pieces of documents enclosed with it.
Having that said, Messrs Howard, Maughan, Cooper efforts to withhold the information about the "original" NOT PHOTOCOPIED educational credentials records as professionally evaluated by EDUCATIONAL RECORDS EVALUATION SERVICE (ERES), Sacramento, CA may not be regarded as true statement for the fact that they have only photocopies of my educational records as evaluated by ERES. Howard, Maughan and Cooper may not be held accountable for their statement on account that they may not actually had seen the "original" which you Ms. Debbie Zuccala purposely and deliberately hide because of incriminating mark of discrimination on the face of that document. It is you who first analyzed and took custody that "original" ERES document and you definitely knew who put the circular mark around my country PHILIPPINES.
THERE IS A CONTINUING COMPLAINT OF DISCRIMINATION AGAINST YOUR AGENCY BUT YOU ARE CONCEALING EVIDENCE AGAINST PROSECUTION OF THIS VALID ACCUSATION.
California Penal Code 135 PC states that any person who, knowing that any book, paper, record, instrument in writing, or other matter or thing, is about to be produced in evidence upon any trial, inquiry, or investigation whatever, authorized by law, willfully destroys or conceals the same, with intent thereby to prevent it from being produced, is guilty of the crime of destroying or concealing evidence.
NOW, MS. Debbie Zuccala, FOR THE LAST eight (8) years, two (2) months and twenty eight (28) days WILL YOU PLEASE TELL THE TRUTH. WHERE IS THE "ORIGINAL" EDUCATIONAL RECORDS EVALUATION SERVICE CREDENTIALS I SUBMITTED TO YOUR OFFICE?
