Dear Mr. Ortiz.
On record you refused to provide information whether Tom Howard, Liz Haven, James Maughan, Christine Gordon, Andrew Cooper, Debbie Zuccala, Toro Okamoto, Doug Wilson, Kelly Valine and Wes Wilkinson are still employed by your agency and you likewise did not explain why that information could not be provided.Likewise you ignored Pam Biggins to unblock my email communication with her. These are among my concerns in June 14, 2021 email to you.
Also, on record you refused to provide me proof that you forwarded my email as you alleged to appropriate representatives among my concerns in the June 25, 2021 email to you below. When you allege a fact you need to substantiate your allegation.
These are simple pieces of information which are readily available at your disposal. And your failure to provide me with that information becomes willful, intentional and deliberate.
With your action you are effectively aiding and abetting crimes of alleged misappropriation of funds, theft and concealment of documentary evidence committed collectively in conspiracy by them rendering you to be one among them.
This incident shall form part of the email with subject :CONTINUING INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF DISCRIMINATION AND CONTINUING INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS THROUGH MANAGERIAL IRRESPONSIBILITY AS OF JUNE 30, 2021 to be written and sent on the same date. Thank you so much.

It appears nine (9) business days had passed but I still had not received any information whether the employees I named as respondents as in FOOTNOTE 2 are still employed by your agency.
Kindly provide me proof that you actually forwarded my email to the appropriate representatives.
